How does On-line Reservation work?

It’s as simple as 123. Select the restaurant, select date & time and select number of guests. The aPlaceToDine system takes care of the rest. If for any reason a table is not available at the desired time the system will offer you option for an alternate timing. Once your reservation is confirmed you will get a confirmation message along with the confirmation code. At that point your reservation is guaranteed. You need to take the confirmation code to the restaurant and your table will be waiting for you.

What is your Cancellation Policy for On-line Reservation?

aPlaceToDine.com is committed to providing quality services to both diners and member restaurants. If you know you won't be able to honor your On-line Reservation, please cancel your reservation at least 2 hours in advance on the day of the reservation. This will help our member restaurants to continue to serve their patrons with the highest level of service. If you are unable to cancel your reservation on-line, please call the restaurant directly.

What is your No-show Policy for On-line Reservation?

If you do not show up for your reservation without canceling, your reservation will be assigned a 'No-show' status. When you accumulate three 'No-show' reservations within any 12-month period, you'll lose your privilege to make on-line reservation through aPlaceToDine.com.

How does your Online-Ordering work?

You can browse through the restaurant menu page and click on Add to Order the items of your choice. If you want to order more than 1 quantity then you can specify the quantity near the ‘Add to Order’ button. Once you are finished with your choice you can click on Check Out to complete the process. You can adjust the quantity and remove items during the check out process. You can also specify your delivery options and the delivery time. You can then select ‘Cash on Delivery’ or ‘Pay Using Credit Card’ and complete the transaction. You will then receive a confirmation code via email for your reference.

How do I cancel my Order?

You cannot cancel orders placed for ASAP. If you specified a future time for delivery, then the order should be cancelled 2 hours prior to the order time. You can cancel your order from ‘My Account’ section in the portal.

Where do I view my order and reservation history?

Order and reservation history can be viewed from the ‘My Account’ section in the portal. Cancellations of orders and reservations can also be done from there.

Why do certain options not show up for some restaurants?

Our online ordering and reservation systems are fully configurable. Restaurants can select what options they support and enable them accordingly. So, you might see different options when you transact with different restaurants.
